MY25 85TSI Select Hatchback 5dr DSG 7sp 1.0T The mid-size, Toyota Corolla/Hyundai i30/Mazda3 challenging Skoda Scala hatchback was refreshed in late 2024 with minor styling changes and a revival of the Monte Carlo nameplate. The entry-level Scala continues with a 85kW/200Nm 1.0-litre turbo-petrol triple while the Monte Carlo gets a 110kW/250Nm 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbo - each driving the front wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch auto. Autonomous emergency braking and lane-keep assist are standard while inside the cabin there's Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and wireless phone charging. Passenger and luggage space are exceptional.
